Quinoa salad recipe

Quinoa is a food that not most people eat and enjoy but quinoa has many health benefits. And is rich with vitamin B, and dietary minerals. Here's a easy recipe for quinoa salad:

Ingredients:

1 cup of water

3 spoon of olive oil

2 cups of boiling water

1 spoon salt

2 cucumber

10 cherry tomatoes

1 yellow pepper

1 red onion chopped

Spicy green pepper

Parsley

Ment

Black pepper


Preparation method:

Rinse the quinoa with cold water and let strain.

Boil quinoa with olive oil for 3 minutes add water and salt and let cook for 15 minutes then strain well.

Mix the vegetables after you've prep them then add limon juice and olive oil.
