Orange soup

The orange soup is essential in healthy for the body. The orange soup can be great for Friday launch or dinner. The orange soup is rich with beta carotene which is essential for the immune system. The orange soup is full with orange vegetables,ginger,turmeric. Which is healthy for our bodies.

Here's the recipe for the orange soup:

2 sweet potatoes

1 onion

4 carrots

300 gr. Pumpkin

1 spoon ginger

Turmeric

Salt

Preparation:

1.Pill sweet potato and onion

2.Cut all vegetables and place in pot with water.

3.Add ginger in turmeric and salt bring to a boil.

4.Cook on low flame for 20 min.
