Home workout for targeting your legs

As part of our exercise that we do weekly we must focus on different parts of the body ( like the stomach and abs) .another area that's important to workout is the legs. Here is a few exercises I recommend for the legs.

Squats- this is a important leg exercise. The areas that benefit the most from squats are the leg,quadriceps,hamstring,and calves. The squat also create an anabolic environment, ich promote body wide muscle building.

Jump squats- jump squats increase your explosive power, improve upper in lower body strength, and burn calories faster. To do this exercise is very simple.

High knee- high knee is a cardio intensive exercise performed at a fast pace. It engages your core, strengthens all the muscles in the leg, get your heart rate up and improves momentum, coordination and flexibility.
