On days like this where not everything is open for visitors and gyms are closed. it's a good thing to keep workout routine from home. We can add to our routine healthy foods and YouTube workouts. I've always tried to maintain a healthy diet and get lots of exercise.
Here are a few ab workout you can do from home:
Sit- ups we should add situps to our work out. The sit up is a great exercise for strengthening the stomach muscles.
Cool down stretch: after a good work out it is important for us to stretch our muscles so that we get no muscle cramps.
Oblique sit-ups:
An oblique sit up is a medium-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening the muscles responsible for rotating your torso. The benefits of this exercise are increased strength and flexibility in your internal and external obliques.to complete the oblique sit-up you must Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat to the floor. Place your hands behind your head, engage your core and do a full sit-up. At the top of the sit-up, bring your right elbow to your left knee and twist your body toward that side.
