Every morning we wake up and we need to eat the most important meal of the day. We often contemplate what to eat for breakfast before we begin our day. For the past few years I've learned what's good and healthy for me to eat for breakfast. It took me a while to understand this.
Eating breakfast is very important and have many advantages.The first advantage is that it reduces stress and anger in the mornings, it fuels the body with energy and prevents fatigue for the rest of the day. Reduce the risk of diabetes. Breakfast also improves the memory in concentration. Breakfast helps reduce cholesterol levels. Here are a few ideas for breakfast.
Yogurt: yogurt has many health benefits. Yogurt contains protein high amounts of calcium vitamin A,B,D and minerals like phosphorus potassium and magnesium.
Omelet: the omelet is a dish made from eggs. The omelet can have many things added to it. Thing like salt,pepper, black pepper,flower,cream and different types of cheese and vegetables. The omelet can be made with olive oil as well as cooking oil. In addition to the omelet is also white of eggs that is good for our body.
Oatmeal: oatmeal is great for breakfast. Oatmeal has many healthy advantages. One of the advantages is that it gives the body lots of energy. Oatmeal is very rich with vitamins like B1,B2,B9,E. Oatmeal also contains zinc,calcium,potassium and iron.
Pancake: pancake is also great for breakfast alongside all kinds of fruits.
It is also good to eat vegetables salad in the mornings you can use vegetables like cucumbers tomatoes onions lettuce carrots parsley peppers in other vegetables.
