Exercise you can do at your desk

In this season most gyms in the city are closed because of the pandemic. And most people work a full time job and don't have time to go to the gym. Here are a few exercises you can do from your desk.

1.Push ups on the table: push ups strengthens the arm chest and shoulder muscles. The exercise can be performed when we place our hands on the table shoulder-width apart with the feet behind and the body at a 45 degree angle.



2.spinal extension: The exercise is performed with the abdomen tucked up and sitting upright. All the palms are combined and lifted upwards until you feel a stretch in the hands.



3. shoulder joint mobility: The exercise is performed in a sitting position with the abdomen tucked up. Each right hand is placed on the right shoulder with the elbow facing forward and the left hand released at the side of the body. These exercises do not cause a lot of effort or free time during our day.



These exercises can be done during the day between an hour and an hour or during breaks between shifts or just a routine day at home.
