Different shakes and smoothies to make

If u want to make a change and start living a better lifestyle one of the things we must do is eat healthy. And drink healthy drinks. Here are two different recipes for healthy smoothies:

Raspberry and neil;

ingredients,protien powder.

1 spoon flaxseed.

1/3 frozen raspberry.

0.5 coconut milk

Ice.

Vanilla.


Directions:

Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend to u get the texture of your choice.




Avocado spinach smoothie:

Vanilla protein powder.

6 spinach leaves.

Half avocado.

1 spoon coconut milk.

Stevia.

1.5 almond milk


Directions:

Place all ingredients into the blender in blend.
