Berry smoothie

On these hot summer days we need a fresh and delicious smoothie. I personally was looking for an alternative option for a delicious and healthy thing. Without a lot of calories and also something that digests lightly in the body. Snacks are unhealthy and ice lolly even so the best alternative option is healthy smoothies. So here's a simple recipe for a berries smoothie.

Ingredients:

Four strawberries

Parsley

Green apple

Flaxseeds(1 cup)

Lemon

Almond milk (1/4 cup) or water.

Directions:

Put all the groceries in a blender.-

Mix all in a blender.-

-Stop the blender and put half a cup of cold water\almond milk.

- Mixed all in a blander again.

-Put flaxseed (1 cup)on blender and mix everything .
