Banana contains lots of minerals in vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C.
In the date contain vitamins as well. The date contains vitamin A, vitamin B.
Here is a recipe for the banana and date smoothie:
10 Dates
2 bananas
400 ml of coconut milk, soy milk, or just milk.
1 spoon of liquid vanilla.
Half spoon of cinnamon.
' 6-8 ice cubes.
Pill the bananas in place in the blender remove seeds from dates in place in the blender. Add all the ingredients from above to the blender. Blend until u have the smoothie texture of your choice.
